Help the Cardiff Valkyries buy kit

A few months ago a ballsy and enthusiastic group of ladies got together after seeing an advert online to nervously try out a sport that had never entered Wales for women before.
American Football.
We threw on our padding and helmets and (quite literally) chucked ourselves into it and it was GLORIOUS!

We have slowly been building up the team and currently have a group of about 15 of us (and growing every week) dedicated to making this work. We practice every Saturday BUT at the moment we are unable to focus on the tackle element of the game because we just cannot afford the right equipment.


So we have been focusing mainly on our flag football game and, in the short amount of time we have been together, played a flag tournament. But as much as we love the flag element of the game, I think it was the tackle / aggressive aspect of the game that drew most of us in.


To kit out just ONE player in helmet/pads/jersey it's going to cost £200+ and without this kit we cannot even think about entering ourselves into any games. This money will be used to kit us out so that we can play in tournaments across the UK and cement our name as the Cardiff Valkyries.
