Caring Heart Foundation is a Non-Profit Organization, founded in 1997 by Bernard Bush. Our vision is to restore financial stability and hope to families and children who have found themselves upon hard times. We will always strive to eradicate hunger and poverty, through awareness and most of all Caring.

The 4 components of our Operation are:

Necessity Living Program: This program will assist familes and children, or individuals who have past due utility bills, and delinquent rent, or eviction notices.

Food Program: Our emergency food program will provide immediate care and relief to individuals and families who are unable to afford food and proper nutriments.

Referral Agency: Our organization believes that we should never send a person away in worst condition that they were already in. Therefore, if we can't assist a family or individual, then we will supply them with the information to other charitable resources available within their immediate community.

Education: Educating the public is key to our mission and our plans for ending and preventing hunger, and all types of crises. We believe that if more people understand the scope of poverty and hunger, then we are better equipped as a community to respond with appropriate action.

Our Three Annual Events...... 

1.  Back-to-school Campaign - This event helps children to transition into a new year of school without worrying about school supplies and other needs such as .... clothes, shoes and food.

2. Thanksgiving Campaign - This event targets families with children. All contributions helps to buy the necessary food and supplies to make a meal for up to 10 people per family. Each box comes with turkeys and all of the trimmings.

3. Christmas Campaign -  Caring Heart Foundation for over 15 years have made it possible for struggling families with children to enjoy the Christmas holidays. We provide five presents per child each year. All qualified participants who sign up, supplies a Christmas list for their child or children, then our organizations makes sure the needs are met. Every year we need support with this event, because the need is so great.

We are a small foundation with big works, and we need financial support. Our goals are to operate every single day, because families don't stop having problems when the office closes. We have watch families be separated, and children taken, because there are closed doors to this need.
