Carol McDonnell

Carol had a stroke while on holiday in Italy. This initial stroke has left Carol confused and unable to speak. Since being admitted to hospital in Italy, multiple blood clots have been found in different parts of her body. The nature of her illness means that she will have to travel home in an ambulance by land. Carol did take out insurance when she booked her flights, thinking it would cover the entire trip but this does not appear to be the case. We, her family, are looking to raise money to cover the cost of this journey. Any donation is greatly appreciated by us, particularly her sons Danny and Patrick.
