Carol's Cancer Fund
Donation protected
On August 2nd our mother was diagnosed with Invasive Ductal Carcinoma, Stage 3c Breast Cancer. We found out it has invaded her lymph nodes and is in the tissue around her collar bone area. Along with that news, we found our her type of cancer is Hers-2 Positive which makes it very fast growing.
The doctors moved quickly to get her started on a chemo regimen and we are hoping this tells the cancer to stop growing. Surgery and radiation are still to come once the next 4 months of chemo are over.
All donations will go towards co pays, (one chemo treatment copay is roughly $1100) medicine, (every time she has a round of chemo she takes an injection to help her white blood cells regenerate faster that costs $1500) and transportation to and from doctor appointments.
Our mother is a fighter and we know she can beat this! We appreciate your thoughts, prayers, and any donations we receive.
Thank you!
