Help Kids See Black Panther

Hello! My name is Faith Binman (Ms. Faith). I am a teacher in North Minneapolis.  I was inspired by the #BlackPantherChallenge to raise money to take kids and their families to a private screening of "Black Panther" on March 7th, 2018.  This is a personal project created outside of school. This project was created to give back to the kids I work for and their wonderful families. This film is a great opportunity for children to see characters in a fantasy world who look like them. Please help me make this experience possible for all the kids and families I serve.

The money raised from this fund will help pay for the cost of a private screening for 100 people (min amount) is $770. The fund will also cover the cost of transportation (2 buses) which is $450.

I am personally handling all the expenses for this event and all the GoFundMe withdrawls.  Parents and students have been sent an invitation to this event in the mail and I am making personal phone calls to encourage parents to come and see this powerful film with their kids.
