Ozzie Reviews Law Suit Vs. Ch.7&9

Channel 9's 'The Verdict' show which aired on October 22, 2015 at 8:30pm, has used Ozzie's copyrighted material of the Adler shotgun without permission. There was no reference made to him or his YouTube channel and 'The Verdict' solely used his copyrighted material as the basis for the anti-gun comments from the panel at the time.

If this wasn't bad enough they then used the same material on their Facebook page with 'The Verdict' logo on it suggesting that the material was owned by Channel 9.

Legal advice has been sought and money is required to pursue a litigation claim against Channel 9. Channel 9 need to be held responsible for the demonisation of law-abiding firearm owners, help us make them accountable for their use of Ozzie Review's copyrighted material.

Subsequently Channel 7 have done a similar thing.

If you would like to help preserve our firearm freedoms, one of the best ways is to prevent the mass media distorting the truth and swinging popular opinion. Ozzie Reviews is one of the few mediums that promote safe and ethical firearm use, and they need our help to take the fight to these giant media companies to speak the truth.

How will funding be used? Funds required to bring copyright litigation against Channel 9's "The Verdict" program for the use of Ozzie Reviews Adler shotgun material. This will include Channel 7 News for the same misuse.
