Cecil Delbert Keeton of Pasco Washington passed away peacefully on Monday January 26th, 2015. Cecil and his wife Billie Keeton have been great supporters of their church and the community needs around them for over 49 years. At this time of need Billie can use the support of those around her to cover some medical and final unexpected expenses. He was a volunteer for Project Warm-Up and had Weaved over 2,000 hats and scarfs for the needy in our community and US Service Men.
