Celebrating Joe and Susan Peritore
Donation protected
As many of you know on February 7, 2007 my father , Giuseppe "Joe" Peritore, lost his seven month battle with brain cancer. Since the day he was diagnosed my mother, Assunta "Susan" Peritore never left his side, sleeping every night next to him at Calvary Hospital in Brooklyn.
As fate would have it...my mother lost her own battle to brain cancer just nine years later on May 12, 2016. She too lived out her final days resting comfortably with family by her side at Calvary Hospital.
There are few things that are certain in life, but one thing I do know for sure is that the doctors and staff at Calvary Hospital treated my parents and my family with dignity and compassion that went above and beyond.
My 40th Birthday is on April 28, 2017 and there is nothing more I want than to celebrate my parent's life by raising $4,000 for Calvary Hospital in their memory.
Please click on the link. and make your contribution. Your donation will help Calvary Hospital continue their mission to care for adult patients with advanced cancer and other life-limiting illnesses. Calvary employees are dedicated to caring for the medical, emotional and spiritual needs of their patients and families. I can attest that they are committed to ensuring that the last moments in the life of their patients are what they and their families would like them to be.
Thank you and remember to ALWAYS celebrate life!
