Centro Collective

We are chef's Brent Omeste and Chad Urata. We went through culinary school together, competed in cooking competitions around the nation, worked together at two restaurants, and now we are just about set to embark on our very first venture as owners! Throughout this period of our careers we have found that our skills and strengths are quite complementary of one another - a yin and yang, if you will. Now, after nearly 15 years of working in Italian, French, and American restaurants within Southern California, the time has come for us to take the next step.




Centro Collective is a quick service restaurant group which will oversee two side by side concepts in Lake Forest, CA. One venue will be focusing on tacos, along with some other tasty items, built on a foundation of traditional Mexican cuisine and an homage to seasonality. The second space will host a pizzeria serving personal size pizzas, pizza by the slice, traditional style appetizers, and a few scratch made daily pasta specials!




Forming a company, purchasing equipment, attaining all of the necessary permits, establishing vendor relations, marketing materials, creation of all legal documents, etc. is quite an undertaking. Each of these generous contributions will be utilized towards the variety of costs associated to get up and running!
