Cesar a loyal, Friend, husband,Dad

As we all know Cesar’s life was unfortunately taken, we all have questions and want answers, it’s a hard pill to swallow, I’ve know Cesar almost 10 years, he has been my best friend and brother, I had the opportunity to live with Cesar as roommates for 4 years, we became really good friends, I have been watching his kids grow since they were really little, his wife CoCo is an amazing person who doesn’t deserve to have to deal with this herself, Cesar made all the income for them so things are going to be very rough for her and the family, this man was the type of person that would do anything for you, I had the pleasure of seeing this personally we were very close friends family brothers, it’s hard to even think such a thing could happen, please help even if it’s a small amount please help his wife and kids to be able to move on without the burden of $ thank you so much.
