100 Club of Arizona

I debated doing this but after careful consideration I knew Mary would want me to be true to myself. Therefore I plan to continue the tradition of raising funds for the 100 Club of AZ. More information about 100 Club of Arizona: The primary mission of the 100 Club of Arizona is to provide immediate financial assistance to the surviving families of public safety officers and firefighters killed or seriously injured in the line of duty. The 100 Club also provides other forms of assistance which improve the safety and welfare of public safety officers, firefighters, and their families.

MHQ of Arizona works closely with Public Safety throughout the State of Arizona providing top quality Emergency Vehicle up-fitting. MHQ of Arizona recognizes the Hazards that our first responders face on a daily basis.

In support of the 100Club whos mission "is to provide financial assistance to families of first responders who are seriously injured or killed in the line of duty, and provide resources to enhance their safety and welfare".

Our Lead Sales Manager Brian Shaw will be dawning a full bite suit and taking a bite from a yet to be determined Police K9, to raise funds for our first responders. This will take place on October 11, 2018 at our Open House event here in Tempe,  I am calling this "Brian's bite for 100". 

Help us reach our Goal for 100Club as this organization for 50 years has been there for First Repsonders in Arizona.

Earlier this year I made a secret goal to complete Hole to Hump. This is a 90+ mile trek through Arizona starting at the Grand Canyon and ending at Mt. Humphries. I only let a few people know, and have been training for this personal feat religiously. At the same time, I have continued to send cards to departments who have had an officer death. These number have risen dramatically over the last few years, and the more cards I sent out, the more I began to wonder if I should add an extra layer of meaning to H2H.

I am making my Hole to Hump journey public, a very big step for me, to honor the fallen officers and raise funds for the AZ100 Club . Their mission is to provide immediate financial assistance to families of public safety officers and firefighters who are seriously injured or killed in the line of duty, and to provide resources  to enhance their safety and welfare.

H2H is a huge personal challenge for me, and adding on the honor of running for so many fallen officers brings even more meaning to this goal. I hope you'll join me in supporting the AZ100 Club!
