All Dulles Area Muslim Society, Greater Gainesville ( ADAMS,GG}:  
Alhamdulillah, ADAMS, Greater Gainesville community is growing. The number of people at Jumm’a prayers has been growing steadily since we established Jumm’a at Hampton Inn in Gainesville. After losing Hampton Inn, and after not being able to rent a place in this area, it is more than clear that we need to have our own place. We are currently holding our Jumm’a prayers in a hotel in Manassas, Virginia. ADAMS GG is a part of ADAMS, follows guidelines for ADAMS branches and is governed by the rules and policies of ADAMS. It will serve Muslims primarily living in Gainesville, Haymarket, Bristow and Nokesville.  
We need our own masjid to fulfill our vision and objectives and play a positive and constructive role to build a strong community in this area. The new ADAMS, GG mosque or “masjid” in Nokesville would include a large prayer hall; large activity room for community religious and social gatherings; a venue for interfaith outreach and civil programs; an Islamic library open to all people to learn about Islam and a community center for guest speakers and community dialogue. 
 
Our mission is to provide religious, social and educational services to enable the Muslim community to fulfill its responsibilities and contribute to the betterment of society by embodying and exemplifying leadership and excellence and fostering peace. 

We request our Muslim brothers and sisters to support our cause and participate in Sadqa-e-Jariyah.  
The Prophet Mohammad (Sallallaahu-‘alayhe wa sallam) said: 
“ Whoever builds a mosque for Allah, Allah will build for him likewise in Paradise.”

I hope you and your families are well. Please continue to take the necessary precautions to protect yourselves. Since our temporary closure of the buildings and facilities, ADAMS Center has continued to provide the community with many ongoing services and programs. Some of which include assistance to mental health, the elderly and refugee clients (listed on chart below). These services have not stopped but most of the incoming donations have, due to ADAMS Center not being able to provide Juma’a or the 5 daily prayers. This has resulted in a tremendous financial loss for the masjid. My appeal, along with the Leadership of ADAMS, is for your help in continuing these services by donating now and on a regular basis during this time. All of your donations are tax deductible.

Assalamu Alaikum! My name is Areeb Baig and I am a member of Troop 786 of ADAMS Center. For my Eagle Scout Project, I wish to install solar lights and poles in the parking lot of ADAMS to help people in the community see while walking and driving. I am setting up 6 units in the parking lot, and the cost of each is $1,250. 

One of the ways a Muslim can gain good deeds after his passing is through Sadaqa Jariya, when you contribute towards a charity that continues to benefit others. With this intention, you can continuously gain rewards whenever the lights are used if you choose to sponsor one of the 6 units.

Any donation is appreciated and will help towards funding this community project. May Allah reward you.
