American Assimilation Helpline! AAH! is fundraising

Supporting Low-Income, Refugee &Immigrant Students
American Assimilation Helpline (AAH!) is a nonprofit organization, dedicated to providing quality education to marginalized students. AAH! students desperately need electronic devices along with other academic needs. Your donation will make a massive global impact on those who need our help the most. Even $1 counts!
We’re mostly directing these funds to our initiative for expanding access to devices. This makes a significant difference in students’ education in few ways:
1. Students cannot access free resources such as Khan Academy, video tutorials, and other guides online without a device. Many of the families we help, only have cell phones or one laptop for several children; this prevents kids from learning more about concepts they’re unsure about.
2. We’re planning on setting up several locations where we will rotate to, bringing many devices with us; this means that each laptop makes an impact on many students, not just one. However, if a student urgently needs a device, we’ll let them borrow one at no cost.
AAH! has a large community of several hundred tutors and students, with a historical impact on over 950 students. Our resources will make an impact on not only current students, but potentially hundreds of more needy kids in our community.
We will also be hosting events to address other key issues such as blood drives with the American Red Cross, health workshops such as CPR training, school supply drives, and initiatives fighting against breast cancer.
