Meet Coraline—a stunning black cat who also happens to be blind. She came into my life as a foster, but like so many special souls, she ended up staying forever. Coraline is the heart behind this project: a reminder that every cat, no matter their challenges or the stereotypes they face, deserves love, safety, and a chance at a beautiful life.
Sadly, black cats and cats with disabilities are often overlooked in shelters. They wait longer for homes, face stigma, and in some cases, never get the chance they deserve. That’s where The Blind, Black & Beautiful Cat Project comes in.
This fundraiser is not just to celebrate Coraline’s birthday—it’s a way to honor her by helping others like her. Every dollar raised will go directly toward the care, medical needs, and safe placement of black and blind cats that our rescue saves in the future. From routine vetting to life-saving surgeries, from nutritious food to cozy bedding, your support makes the difference between uncertainty and a second chance.
