Bring Rosie to Genesee County
On May 30, 2018 (Flint, MI) –The Flint Women’s Forum (FWF) announced its partnership with the Automotive Heritage Committee of Back to the Bricks to produce a statue in Flint which will be of Rosie the Riveter. The Rosie the Riveter statue will be the 3rd statue to be on display in the baggage claim area of the Flint Bishop Airport when it is completed sometime in early 2021.
They have fundraised for the past two years, bringing in just over $27,178 of our $40,000 goal. We can DO THIS!!!
We need YOU to help meet the goal of sponsoring this iconic statue. Now is the TIME, Bishop International Airport is the perfect PLACE!
The Back to the Bricks organization is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Tax ID Number 45-3015809. All donations will be used to fund the building of the statue. All overages will go into a Trust set up for maintenance of the statue for the months and years to come.
