The Bay Jammin Series Inc is desperate to raise the necessary funds to have a successful 35th Annual Bay Jammin Concert & Cinema Series. Our fund raising drive has hit a snag. We are way short of what we have raised in the past. Please, the Bay Jammin Series Inc is a 501 C3 nonprofit , a successful season is very dependent on business sponsorships and individual donations. $25, $30, $40, $50, -$75-$100 all sized donations would be very helpful. The 2025 Bay Jammin Concert & Cinema Series will once again be held at Cole Park Amphitheater under the stars on the Corpus Christi Bayfront. This event is FREE for everyone to enjoy, so bring lawn chairs, blankets, and picnic dinners, and enjoy this wonderful family entertainment.

The Cole Park Anderson Amphitheater is the perfect setting for this type of family entertainment. Visitors to the park can enjoy the free entertainment while overlooking beautiful Corpus Christi Bay and our vibrant city skyscape. What a great way to entertain our citizenry while also promoting the city to visitors and tourists.

The Bay Jammin Concert & Cinema Series has always been co-hosted and co-sponsored by the City of Corpus Christi Parks & Recreation Department and Bay Jammin Series Inc (BJS). Since 1989, our collaboration has held this Bay Jammin Series at the Cole Park Anderson Amphitheater. We receive vital support from local businesses and individuals that graciously sponsor the series with donations to our Bay Jammin Series Inc / PALS Fund.

But it can only happen with your continued support, as we depend on donations for our success. We have set up this GoFundMe link so individuals and businesses may donate directly to our BJS, a nonprofit account set up to fund the Bay Jammin Series over these many seasons. Once we have ample funding in our BJS account, we will begin the budget process of booking bands and selecting movies.

PLEASE DONATE TO THE BAY JAMMIN CONCERT & CINEMA SERIES. SMALL DONATIONS, LARGE DONATIONS, OR ANYTHING IN BETWEEN.

We need your support, whether it's $5, $10, $20, $30, $40, $50, $100, or $500 or more. We are calling upon you to donate for the 2025 summer season of the 35th Annual Bay Jammin Concert & Cinema Series. With 22-24 concerts and movies, if we received $25 from everyone that attends, we would have more than enough funding for this year and the necessary seed money for 2026. Please give—big or small, it all adds up. Be a good neighbor and show your community spirit. Even giving $1 for each concert night and movie night is $24. If 1,000 people gave $24, that would help us meet our annual costs.

The Bay Jammin CONCERT Series is held every Thursday, June to August, from 7:30 pm - 10:00 pm and showcases a different musical group each week. Performances are live, and all genres of music are celebrated—from rock, blues, funk, soul, Latin, jazz, salsa, adult contemporary, conjunto, Tejano, mariachi, alternative rock, reggae, calypso, merengue, Top 40, club, and party music. Locally and regionally, Bay Jammin supports live music by hiring bands and artists from across the State of Texas and parts of the USA. “All Kinds of Music for All Kinds of People.” FFF = FREE FAMILY FUN

The Bay Jammin’ CINEMA Series is held every Friday, June to August, beginning at dark. Since 2003, the Cinema Series has offered movie genres ranging from animation, comedy, drama, romance, adventure, science fiction, action, fantasy, and more. All films are family-friendly and closed-captioned. “All Kinds of Entertainment for All Kinds of People!”

The BJS, which is always FREE, would not be possible without the vital and sustaining support we have received from our local businesses and people like you. Your gracious sponsorship and support over these many seasons is a testament to the community’s resolve to support arts and entertainment for everyone.

As you may not be aware, the Bay Jammin Series (BJS) is and has always been a non-profit entity. We have existed these 35 years through the generous donations and sponsorships from both our local business community and the many people we call our neighbors. It is as simple as that.

WHY DO WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT?

The shows, both the music and the movies, are not free; they all come with a price attached. Bay Jammin Series is a nonprofit, and we need your support. We need to raise the necessary donations to pay for the Bay Jammin Series expenses: musicians, sound and lighting technicians, movie licensing, printing, advertisement, and trash pickup. This series is truly a private and public sector collaboration. The series covers its cost solely from the private sponsorship donations from our generous local businesses and individual community citizens. We also receive grant funding from the Corpus Christi Arts & Culture Commission. The city generously and graciously supports the Bay Jammin Series with our wonderful location, logistics, support staff, utilities, and security. That is the beauty of the series, a private sector and public sector collaboration for 35 years.

Cole Park is the jewel on Corpus Christi Bay. Truly a family entertainment center. The City Parks & Recreation Dept. has added many improvements: a new splash pad, fishing pier, newly improved skate park, parking area, walking and biking trails, and a revitalized Anderson Amphitheater and Cole Park grounds. FUN FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY.

I guess you're wondering, well, how can I, as a member of the Corpus Christi Community, help? Well, you certainly can. Think of those years that you, your family, friends, neighbors, and out-of-town guests have attended the Bay Jammin Concert & Cinema Series. The event and location are easily accessible, comfortable, and beautiful Cole Park Anderson Amphitheater, which looks over our gorgeous Corpus Christi Bayfront and downtown cityscape.

We request that you help us by being a part of the 35th season. As you are aware, most of our sponsors are local businesses, primarily in the food, beverage, and entertainment industry. These terrific small businesses listed on our past seasons' posters and hung on the stage walls these many years have always supported the Bay Jammin Series and the Corpus Christi Community.
