Dreams in Their Eyes, Courage in Their Hearts, Yet Financial Barriers Hold Them Back
For countless children, financial hardship dims the light of their potential. At Siksha Mera Adhikar, we believe education is not a luxury but a fundamental right. Guided by this mission, we launched our program to offer free, high-quality tutoring beyond regular schooling for select students across India. These students come from families where daily wage work or small-scale farming often means that putting food on the table takes precedence over education. With your support, we can change their story.
Through a rigorous selection process, we enroll 61 promising students from 15 locations—boys and girls in grades 9 and 11—for our intensive 16-month program. This goes beyond academics: each center also fosters health awareness, environmental stewardship through tree planting, and community-building initiatives. We promote local educators, ensuring cultural sensitivity and relevance. Selection Process: Our thorough selection process identifies motivated students with a strong foundation in core subjects. Each applicant undergoes an extensive IQ test covering critical subjects, followed by a personal interview to assess their motivation, aspirations, and commitment to our mission.
Impact at a Glance
Students Supported: 61 (grades 9 and 11) each one further educating 3-4 elementary school children (total 225)
Locations: 15, including Chhattisgarh, Telangana, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Assam, and Uttarakhand

Community Engagement:
Sunday Classes: Students tutor younger children weekly, reaching an estimated 250+ children in their communities.
Environmental Initiatives: Over 100 trees planted to raise environmental awareness.
Health Programs: Regular health check-ups, promoting wellness for all students.
Program Cost: $1,900 per center, covering location surveys, center setup, 16 months of coaching fees for four selected students, book aid, and educational competitions such as essays, quizzes, and debates.
