Pidyon Shevuyim! We are asking our community at large to help a Jew and his family who are residing in our Florida community and are in need to raise $55000 to pay for legal costs . Avi was working in the moving business with a gentile partner that was handling most of the jobs and sharing 60% of the profits. His partner unfortunately defrauded many customers and then disappeared. The moving company was registered under name of Avi and he is currently being charged with over 100 complaints from people that his partner defrauded. Avi is married with two kids. He takes partial responsibility for not following up on his partner’s activity and business dealings with customers. His partner disappeared and now the authorities are charging Avi for all the wrongdoings that his partner was involved in. Please let’s help Avi and his wife and two children stay together. He could be facing 10 years Of imprisonment if he does not have the right legal representation that will clear his name from the wrongdoings of his partner. Lawrence Simmons Born 10/13/41 on Shmini Atzeret. 

Passed away on 4/3/21

Lawrence was not married and did not have any children. He as been living in a government provided nursing home for the past three years. He had no source of income and has been under our care. We have know him for over 25 years. 

We need to prepare his burial for tomorrow MONDAY 4/5/21 anybody who can help preform this ultimate mitzvah of CHESED SHEL EMET.
