More information about Blessings in a Backpack: Blessings in a Backpack mobilizes communities, individuals and resources to provide food on the weekends for elementary school children across America who might otherwise go hungry.

Help Us send kids home on Fridays with a backpack full of satisfying and nutritional food.  For $130, or $11 a month, you can help provide food for one child every weekend of the school year!

Did you know that 1 in 7 children does not get the food they need every day?
Did you know that three out of four teachers say they have children in their classrooms who regularly come to school hungry?
Did you know that more than 11 million children in the United States live in food insecure homes and rely on school for their daily meals?

Want to join us in feeding underprivileged students impacted by the quarantine and Covid-19? We are Brain O Magic mentors raising money through various free workshops to benefit Blessings in a Backpack, and any donation will help make an impact. 

Blessings in a Backpack mobilizes communities, individuals and resources to provide food on the weekends for elementary school children across America who might otherwise go hungry. It is currently partnering with districts that have feeding programs to extend services while schools are shut down due to Covid-19.
