Our team is excited to partner with BRAVE for Breast Cancer Awareness month. We believe in BRAVE’s mission to give every breast cancer survivor the choice and opportunity to experience life beyond cancer as her whole self, however she defines it. 

This cause is near and dear to us as it has impacted the lives of one of our very own, a strong survivor, Heidi Herrick!

We have pledged to walk, run, bike, or swim 1,000 miles this month in honor of the ~1,000 women that are diagnosed with breast cancer each day. Please join us in supporting this amazing organization to continue to achieve their mission!

Breast Restoration AdVocacy and Education (BRAVE) seeks to empower women with knowledge of their restoration rights following a breast cancer diagnosis. Only 30% of women know of their legal rights and options to be fully restored. We want survivors to thrive! Educating women on the 1998 Women's Health Cancer Rights Act gives them the ability to make the best informed choice for their well being.

description of what this deformity is since picture not allowed BRAVEcoaliton.org is committed to helping women get breast reconstruction when they get breast cancer. I was called by someone this week that is a 21 old mom that has a congenital deformity and has been bullied by others for many years.  It has made BRAVE expand into unmet needs where insurance and medicaid will not cover.
It has caused her undue psychological stress, anxiety, depression and attempted suicide twice.  I am protecting her name and can only say that a wonderful plastic surgeon in Penn is going to operate on her. BRAVE is raising money for her anesthesia, OR and living needs for 4 weeks. She is good young person that deserves a chance and is hard working also.
Any remaining money will go to help the next patient in need. We are finding so many women leaving in pain that should not me! Me Two for breast preservation and women's health.
