Dear friends and family please help me make a difference. I'm raising money to benefit Bridgeway House as their school was recently burglarized on October 5th. Bridgeway House is still remote learning due to COVID -19 and technology/ security is more important than ever in order for students to return to a safe environment. An updated security system with cameras will help secure the students curriculum, supplies, invaluable technology, internet access, computers, artwork and peace of mind. Students and staff are working every day to prepare to eventually return to in person learning where safety and security is essential for the students and staff. Thank you so much for all your generosity during these difficult times.

Bridgeway House is a non-profit special education school that serves students with special needs from all over Lane county. BH students have successfully moved on to gain meaningful employment, earn college degrees and live happy fulfilled lives within their communities. Bridgeway House is a nonprofit school that provides essential support and education for neurodivergent and autistic students. These incredible kids experience the world in unique and beautiful ways – they also face daily challenges that many of us might take for granted.

One simple tool can make a big difference: a sensory swing. Sensory swings offer a calming, therapeutic experience for children who may struggle with sensory processing. They provide essential sensory input that many students require to self-regulate and is difficult to replicate using other tools. Swings have been shown to enhance focus, promote feelings of calm, and improve body awareness. For the students at Bridgeway House, having access to a sensory swing isn't just about fun – it's about learning in an environment that understands and supports their needs.

We're raising funds to help Bridgeway House purchase and install a high-quality sensory swing for their students. Every dollar helps, and every donation brings these amazing kids one step closer to the tools they need to thrive.
