Brookline Symphony Orchestra's 2024 End Of Year Campaign
The Brookline Symphony Orchestra provides qualified volunteer musicians under professional leadership an opportunity to enhance their skills while enriching the cultural life of the community through affordable performances and outreach events. As we close 2024, we ask for your help to ensure the Brookline Symphony Orchestra continues to be a vital part of the Brookline community.
In addition to moving to a new concert venue, this last year we've invested in our musicians by purchasing new chairs, sound shields, and a conductor's podium. These ensure the comfort and well-being of our players during long rehearsals and performances.
How will your donation impact our organization?
- $100 - Equipment transportation for one concert
- $250 - Printing program booklets for one concert
- $350 - Purchasing one sound shield to protect musicians' hearing
- $500 - Purchasing the sheet music for one piece
- $800 - Purchasing new conductor podium
- $3,800 - Renting rehearsal and performance space for one concert
- $6,000 - Purchasing 70 high-quality chairs for our musicians
