UPDATE!

First off thank you so much for helping our sweet Celena  ❤️

We have some good news and bad news.

First the good news:  FIP has been ruled out but the bad news is Celena has a serious liver issue that needs extensive diagnostic work and very likely surgery. We will use these funds to help her get better. Paws crossed! And again thank you guys so much!

Sweet little Celena was a feral kitten who came into our care when a kind person trapped her and got her into foster care.

Unfortunately this little lady has come down with FIP (Feline Infectious Peritonitis). We would like to raise funds so we can treat her.

Without this life-saving treatment FIP is a fatal disease.

It is an expensive treatment, but she is so little and so young we want to give her a chance at life. Please help us ❤️


CATS-CAN, Inc. rescues homeless cats, gets all needed vet care for them and finds the best, new home for each cat. We have homed over 9,000 cats over the years. CATS-CAN has no formal shelter and works through fosters and volunteers who keep the cats in their homes until their new home is found. If for some reason the new home does not work out, we take our cats back. We are no-kill. To better serve pets, we opened our own low-cost spay clinic, Spay N Save in Longwood, FL. Meet Heineken! Heineken is very sweet affectionate little boy and he's looking for some help to save his life.

He's had an amazing life so far with his five siblings, but now he's all alone because they've been adopted and he can't be yet. He's was born with a  sternum malformation . Which causes his sternum to curve inward into his chest, ultimately becoming fatal as he grows as it begins pushing against his heart and lungs making it more difficult for him to breath and eventually make it impossible to.

Can you help save this young kitties life? He's only had a small taste of this wonderful world, but we would love to make sure he has a wonderful long and happy life.

We are working with AVS and doing everything we can for our sweet little boy, and his prognosis is good once he receives his surgery. If you are able to help towards covering the cost of Heinekens surgery we would be more than appreciative.  Every small amount helps.
