As Americans, we have survived many troubling times throughout history and we've been strengthened by each.
Today, let us come together for the greater good: to help our neighbors and to support the Chewelah community.
The Charity Chicks of Chewelah want to challenge all local businesses and individuals to contribute to the #ChewelahStrong movement. Every dollar donated will go to struggling local restaurants who will in turn provide "free meals" to local people in need. Together we are Community Strong!
Here's our process:
- You donate on GoFundMe.
- We purchase gift cards from local struggling restaurants.
- We give those to the Local Food Banks, who then to distribute to the families in need.
- Those families will take the gift cards to local restaurants for “free meal”.
