THANK YOU FOR HELPING US EXCEED OUR GOAL!  We are truly humbled by the generosity of individuals to make this dream a reality in a matter of mere hours. 


On Saturday, April 25, CASA Child Advocates of Montgomery County will host the 2nd annual CASA Bike Rodeo. During the event, we WILL offer new bicycles to children who have been removed from their home by Child Protective Services due to abuse and neglect and are now living in foster homes.  Officers from Conroe ISD Police Department will provide bicycle safety training for all.

We needed to raise $1,500 by Friday, April 17th to make this happen, and because of you, we DID! We’ve also secured some bikes courtesy of Waste Connections, and will purchase 19 more (with helmets), which is actually 4 more than our original goal!

CASA Child Advocates is Montgomery County’s only organization appointed by the court to advocate for abused and neglected children. Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) speak up for the best interest of children who have been removed from their parents and are under the Court's jurisdiction. CASA’s goal is to provide a court-appointed volunteer to serve as Guardian ad Litem for every child in the foster care system, and to break the cycle of abuse, one child at a time. For the past 23 years, CASA has been training volunteers, raising awareness in the community, and working to stop the cycle of child abuse in Montgomery County.
