China Rescue Dogs, Inc.

Want to join me in making a difference for these babies?  I'm raising money to benefit China Rescue Dogs, a 501c3 nonprofit organization that rescues dogs from the slaughterhouses, meat trade, abuse and neglect in China. 

They are in desperate need of a bus to deliver the dogs across the country to their forever families.

After being saved in China, the dogs are then flown on a direct flight from Beijing to JFK in New York.  Once the babies arrive, they are checked by a veterinarian and then delivered to their new families in rented cargo vans.  This is an enormous expense.  So we are trying to help them buy a bus.

They just cannot transfer these dogs across the country like this anymore! This is why they need our help!

We are reaching our hands around the world to help dogs in need for a very special mission.  China Rescue Dogs  has joined a team of 8 American rescue organizations and 4 Chinese rescuers to save 99 dogs in China who desperately need help. These dogs are being privately chartered out of China next week into the US on a private Charter Boeing 777. With export complications and rising costs we are trying to raise additional funds to watch this mission happen!

The dogs were scheduled to come to the United States this spring. But when international flights were cancelled, they lost their chance to be rescued. And then more challenges arose for rescuers in China.

Our collective group of rescuers across both worlds gave this mission a name, "Paws Across the Ocean". Giving hope and faith in such unsettled times which truly has begun to restore joy and humanitarian vision between China and the US.

More information about China Rescue Dogs Inc: The mission of China Rescue Dogs is to rescue and rehabilitate dogs from the dog meat trade in China and provide them with loving forever homes in the U.S. and Canada. Working with trusted rescues and shelters in China, we first remove the dogs from imminent harm, treat the physical and psychological injuries from severe abuse and neglect, and socialize the dogs so that they can be integrated into loving family environments. Then, in partnership with other rescues in the U.S. and Canada, we locate adoptive families for the dogs and arrange transportation of the dogs from China to their new forever families in the U.S. and Canada.
