Hi, my name is Madison C. I go to Williamsville East High School, and in my human rights class, we are each assigned a project to help improve the world around us.

The topic I chose was to help raise money and get donations for winter gear for the homeless in Buffalo, NY, this winter.

To support those affected by the horrific mass shooting in Buffalo, I have created this GoFundMe page to collect donations for the Buffalo City Mission. This fundraiser is an immediate response to bring aid to our community and indeed be "The city of good neighbors." Together, we can respond to this heartless act of racially motivated extremism. We must stand united as we care for our neighbors and ensure that access to staple items is available for EVERYONE.

It only costs about $1.98 to feed one person at the mission. If we reach our goal we will have fed over 1,000 people! Please, make a donation right here to help our lost community find its way to healing.
