Olympic Mentor for Roy Cloud!
I am raising money so my sixth graders at Roy Cloud can participate in the amazing program Classroom Champions.
Classroom Champions is a non-profit organization that partners Olympian and Paralympian athletes with a classroom for a full year long mentorship. Through monthly video lessons and live chats, students learn crucial social and emotional skills such as goal setting, perseverance, diversity and community. They actually get to learn these skills from the best, and most inspirational athletes in the country!
Research has shown that Classroom Champions helps reduce bullying by 63%, 97% of teachers have reported an improvement in classroom culture, and 92% of students have reported that Classroom Champions helped them learn to accomplish their goals.
With your support, we can bring an Olympic or Paralympic mentor to our classroom for the entire 2018-2019 school year!
