About Clean Flagstaff Project
Our mission is to help Keep Flagstaff Green and clean for all to enjoy by removing trash, recycling and hazardous materials from Flagstaff parks, trails, neighborhoods and roadways. In 2021 we picked up approximately 1,522 square feet of waste, including 181.6 pounds of broken glass from Thorpe Park! Our 2022 goal is to cleanup a minimum of 1000 pounds of waste from Flagstaff. We are able to recycle plastic and glass bottles, aluminum cans, pieces of wood and metal. Tires, hazardous materials and electronic waste are separated and properly disposed of. We also assist the city by reporting graffiti for removal and shopping carts that need to be returned to their owners.
