What is Clear Motivations?

Clear Motivations is a community-based adult day program serving adults with disabilities. Our activities and exercises are centered around the participant's goals and focus on community integration.

Our Mission:

Our mission is to assist individuals with disabilities in obtaining competitive integrated employment within their community. Through Clear Motivations programs, and services we stimulate, educate, and create an environment where our participants can obtain successful employment.

Knott's Berry Farm Trip (2021):

We're going to skip the given...

The year 2020 took a toll on us all. However, our participants persisted and conquered all the challenges that came with it. Not only were most able to stay employed throughout the year, but some even gained new employment opportunities! Many celebrations had to be put on hold, such as birthdays, new employment, and new accomplishments.

Clear Motivations wants to restore those smiles on participants' faces and give them the hope and joy they deserve!

Keeping in touch remotely and getting creative with our virtual events was great, but that is not what Clear Motivations' mission is. We believe in community integration, an opportunity for our participant's to live life and enjoy all the things it has to offer. 

What does your contribution mean? 

Our annual summer Knott's Berry Farm trip is an event Clear Motivations participants look forward to every year. We always say we work hard but play hard as well!

It gives them that glimmer of hope and strength to push through every obstacle they may encounter at work or in everyday life. Our annual Knott's trip means so much more than just a trip to our participants. It provides an opportunity to reunite with friends and build memories that they will be talking about all year long until the next opportunity rolls around.

Supporting Our Employees  During this difficult time

We are truly living in unique times.

The coronavirus pandemic is impacting everyone, from our families to our businesses, to our first responders who are bravely on the front lines. As the situation continues to affect our world, we wanted to reach out to our community for donations that will go towards Clear Motivations staff that will be significantly impacted during this difficult time.


Mission statement: 

Teach, Motivate, Praise, and I will Strive. 

As a community based nonprofit organization, aimed at aiding our young adults with disabilities integrate into society; Teach, Motivate, Praise, and I will Strive is what we genuinely believe in. 

We are a strong, long-standing company since 2013, we have overcome many challenges, and with the amazing help of all our staff, we have accomplished competitive employment within the community and changed lives.

However, it is with deep sadness within my heart to say that this challenge is a hard one to overcome. As a nonprofit organization, we have been greatly affected by this closure and lockdown happening across the U.S, especially our amazing and hard-working Motivators.

At this time, we are reaching out to the community and would greatly appreciate any donations that will help ensure the stability and security to all our Clear Motivations Motivators. 

 We like to thank everyone for the countless support that we are going to provide each other during this difficult time.
