Be The Hero They Need
The first ten people to donate $100 or more before November 15, 2020 will receive a free doggie advent calendar to enjoy throughout the month of December with your furry friend (or to gift to someone with a furry family member).
CARE has taken in an incredible number of special need animals this year who needed extra time and medical treatment to survive, thrive and have the best shot at their happily-ever-afters. It is not easy to see them when they arrive: sick, starved, abused, injured and/or heartbroken. They did not deserve the cruelty life had already dealt them (often at incredibly young ages) - abused or suffered a trauma (e.g. hit by a car, caught in a trap, etc..), severe medical ailments (scabies, parvo, broken bones, amputations), pregnant and starving moms found as strays in high-kill shelter areas, and the list goes on and on. And they certainly did not deserve to be staring down a gas chamber.
BE A HERO TO AN ANIMAL IN NEED! You can have an IMMEDIATE AND DIRECT IMPACT by making a donation to CARE - any amount helps and 100% goes to animals in need. Your donation will help CARE to continue to rescue these fur babies in need and bring them into our amazing volunteer foster homes, who will protect, love, shelter and nourish them on the way to being adopted by loving forever families.

COVID-19 has had a dramatic impact upon animal rescues - some amazing and some not-so-amazing. On the positive side, animal adoptions are at record high levels. This translates to CARE being able to save, foster and adopt out so many more animals than in past years - which is awesome. On the negative side, taking in and fostering so many more animals leads to increased costs (veterinary costs, transportation, supplies, and the like). And none of CARE's annual fundraisers have been able to take place - events like Spay-ghetti and Doggie Olympics. These events typically raise over $25,000 for CARE each year.
