Our mission is to keep people alive and safe, to help them through crises, and to connect them with relevant community resources. ContactLifeline is dedicated to the belief that every individual has the right to live free from sexual violence, fear, self-harm and hopelessness. Accordingly, we listen, educate, and empower the people of Delaware through prevention programs, advocacy, information and referral services, and 24-hour confidential crisis support.
