Meals for Medics
Downtown Framingham, Inc. has been inspired to nourish our front-line workers at downtown's MetroWest Medical Center while also creating business orders for downtown restaurants. Facilitated by great relationships with both restaurants and the hospital, you can help stuff a 25-worker shift and nourish those who risk their well-being to fill a much higher cause.
Donate $15 and become part of something much bigger than yourself. Support local business, sustain local jobs, help our downtown employees feed their families, and nourish our front-line health care workers during this global pandemic.

Your funds will go to participating restaurants, including a MetroWest Medical Center favorite, Franklin St. Cafe. More restaurants, including Tropical Cafe and Jack's Abby Brewing Co., have joined the program. DFI will also be sure to highlight our Meals for Medics Champions.
Once enough funds have been raised to feed one shift (25 workers), the first Meals for Medics event will be placed. We will share photo stories of the impact you've made on the local economy and our front-line health care workers.

Within 48 hours of launching the campaign, we put Meals for Medics into action, starting with Franklin St Cafe! These wonderful meals are enroute to the MetroWest Medical Center for lunch and dinner! You made lots of medics happy today, and you helped a great new business like Franklin St. Cafe stay open!
