It is the 30th year publication anniversary of the life-saving DBT Text & Manual books by Dr. Marsha M. Linehan

In 1993, Dr. Marsha Linehan published the seminal text and skills training manual on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Since then, DBT has been shown in 60 RCTs to be effective at reducing suffering for a wide variety of individuals. It has always been important to Marsha that clinicians provide DBT according to the well-researched model in the 1993 text, which led to her dream being fulfilled by forming DBT-Linehan Board of Certification (DBT-LBC).
