At the shelter, there are close to 1000 animals and during my short volunteer time there, I have cleaned kennels and washed dishes. You can not imagine how many bowls need washing with every cat and dog needing two bowls (food & water). While no one is complaining about washing bowls by hand everyday, The Dumb Friends is required to sterilize each bowl using a Hot Water Sanitizing machine. The Dumb Friends League has  only ONE of these Hot Water Sanitizing machines and it has become a big bottle neck to getting those bowls washed and prepared for the next meal. The machine can only hold so many at a time.

This is where you will hopefully come in. I'd like to secure a second  machine for them. The cost is $4,471.00. Would you be willing to help fund the cost of the machine and ensure these puppies and kitttys are regularly fed as they await their forever homes.
