Educational field trips that focus on the environment for students are crucial in learning about ways we can positively impact our natural surroundings. These field trips are a critical need expressed by science teachers throughout the state of New Jersey. Unfortunately for many New Jersey schools, budgets for field trip transportation have been decreased or eliminated. This severely impacts the ability of teachers to plan and conduct field trips.

EarthShare New Jersey and its environmental non-profit partners are seeking to establish a program from which New Jersey public school teachers can seek funding for environmental education field trip transportation to a variety of experiences across the state. Your help is needed to achieve our goal of raising the minimum of $25,000 to initiate this program. Please contribute what you can, even $5 helps us meet this important need. Thank you!
