Ebenezer Community Church is fundraising
ECC Chair Fundraiser
Ebenezer Community Church of Brooklyn Park, Minnesota is raising funds to secure 1100 chairs for its soon to be completed sanctuary. Our goal is to raise $150,000 over the next couple of months to cover the cost of the chairs.

Ebenezer Community Church is a body of believers that love God, care for each other and do missions at home and abroad. In September 2000, we started with about 8 persons, and we have grown to more than 700 members over the past 20 years. Our membership is comprised of people from nine nations: Ghana, Guinea, Haiti, Jamaica, Kenya, Liberia, Nigeria, Sierra Leone and the United States.

In 2004, the church purchased 4.3 acres of land and built the first phase of the building project (14,000 square feet) in 2016. Due to our rapid growth and demands for more community-based ministries, we embarked upon the second phase of our building project (20,000 square feet) last year. The additional facility will provide more space for a 1100 seat sanctuary, classrooms, nursery, offices, etc.

This GoFundMe page is established to help Ebenezer Community Church in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota raise funds for the construction of the Second Phase of its building project. The goal is to raise $5 million dollars.

The funds raised will assist in the building of the sanctuary and additional space needed for more ministries/services and to accommodate growing membership. Please take a moment and view the message above from our Pastor, Rev. Dr. Francis Tabla.

Ebenezer Community Church currently offers the following ministries and services (among others) to the community and its members:

1. Children’s Ministry, Men’s Ministry, Women’s Ministry, Senior Adults, Young Adults, and Youth Ministries.

2. Health Ministry- high blood pressure screenings, health and wellness education through periodic workshops and seminars.

3. Professional Career Development Training - resume writing, college application, creating LinkedIn profile, career advising, job search assistance, etc.

The church hosts the following programs annually:

1.       Let the Real Woman Stand Up Conference

2.       Let the Real Man Stand Up Conference

3.       Married Couples’ Retreats

4.       Night to Honor Israel- Standing with Israel.

5.       Vacation Bible School

6.       Youth Camps and Youth Blaze Conference

7.       Young Adults’ Career Fair and Symposium

In addition to the programs listed above, the completion of the Second Phase will offer adult literacy programs and after school programs.

God has blessed us to complete the first phase, which is our current place of worship. However, the growth of the church necessitates additional space. The funds we are seeking will help us to build our sanctuary and the space needed to enable us to provide more ministries and accommodate our growing membership.
