Christmas Drop Off - Odyssey of the Mind
Want to join me in helping to make a difference?!?!?!
We are raising money to help fund our students in their Odyssey of the Mind Journey. Odyssey of the Mind is an international program that challenges students to think creatively and cooperatively to solve a problem.
Students work on teams of 4-6 students to solve a problem. Some of the problems this year are:
*building an all terrain vehicle that transports riders through a race
*creating a robotic pet that does tricks
*creating a theatrical performance based off classic literature
*making a structure out of Balsa wood that can hold weight
*creating a performance explaining the stars in the sky
Students work 100% on their own with no outside assistance. The cost of the program can be expensive for families. Our hope is to raise enough funds to send our students on every step of this journey from regionals, to hopefully state and worlds!
