En el año 1972, Bolivia experimentó el mayor avivamiento de su historia a través del ministerio del evangelista Julio Cesar Ruibal quien se convirtió en su padre espiritual y lo estableció como Pastor Principal de Ekklesia Bolivia donde sirvió y pastoreo por 22 años.

El realizó sus estudios en Portland Bible College, conocida inicialmente como “Bible Temple” localizado en Portland Oregon,EE.UU,  también recibió entrenamiento de Liderazgo en el Instituto Haggai localizado en Singapore. Trabajo como misionero en Colombia en “Ekklesia Centro Cristiano Colombiano” y fundó la iglesia “La Comunidad de Amor”. Hoy se la conoce como “Misión Carismática al Mundo”

El año 1996 se mudo con su familia a los Estados Unidos de América y estableció la visión de “Ekklesia USA” junto a su esposa Pastora Miriam Penaloza. La iglesia Ekklesia USA es una iglesia hispana influyente en el área Metropolitana de Washington, DC localizada en Reston, Virginia.

La visión de Ekklesia USA se extendió a través de su Ministerio Apostolico estableciendo obras misioneras e iglesias en Bolivia, Perú, Chile, Honduras, USA, España, Alemania, Medio Este y otros lugares.

El Pastor Carlos es un orador internacional reconocido con amplia experiencia como conferencista, es también conocido como “El Job del Nuevo Testamento” debido a su testimonio descrito en su libro “La Otra Cara de la Victoria” que se encuentra disponible actualmente en el mundo entero en dos idiomas: inglés y español.

El fue presidente de la organización misionera “Cominha” y de la Asociación Evangélica de ministros hispanos AEMH, y también miembro de Ministries Fellowship International,MFI.

El 24 de octubre del 2020 a la edad de 64 años Carlos Penaloza falleció después de pelear contra la enfermedad COVID en el hospital de Reston.

Support for Carlos Penaloza Medical and Funeral Expenses

 In 1972, Bolivia experienced the greatest revival of its history through the ministry of Julio Cesar Ruibal who became his spiritual father and established him as the first pastor of Ekklesia Bolivia where he served and pastored for 22 years.

He Studied at Portland Bible College, formerly called “Bible Temple” located in Portland Oregon and also received training for Leadership for Leaders in Haggai Institute of Singapore. He worked as a missionary in Colombia, at “Ekklesia Centro Cristiano Colombiano” and founded the church “La Comunidad de Amor”. Today it is known as “Mision Carismatica al Mundo”. 

In 1996, He moved with his family to the United States of America and established the vision of “Ekklesia USA” along with his wife Pr. Miriam Peñaloza, Ekklesia USA is an influential Hispanic church in the Metropolitan area of Washington, DC located in Reston, Virginia.

The vision of Ekklesia USA extended throughout his Apostolic Ministry establishing missionaries and churches in Bolivia, Peru, Chile, Honduras, USA, Spain, Germany, The Middle East and other places internationally.

Pastor Carlos Peñaloza is a well-known international speaker with vast experience in public speaking and is known as the “The Job of the New Testament” because of his testimony written in his book “The Other Face of Victory” that is currently available Worldwide in english and spanish.

He was the president of a missionary organization named “Cominha” and AEMH Asociacion Evangelica de Ministros Hispanos and a member of Ministries Fellowship International, MFI Leaders.

On October 24, 2020 at the age of 65 Carlos Peñaloza passed away fighting his battle against COVID-19 at the Reston hospital.
