International Encounter of Children's Orchestras
We are planning our participation in the "International Encounter of Children's Orchestras Paris - Rome 2024" this coming June. This event provides a global platform young musicians to showcase their talent and share their cultural heritage.
Fifteen gifted children from our Hispanic Children's Symphony Orchestra of Texas have been selected to represent not only our organization and the United States but also their diverse cultural backgrounds at this prestigious event.
This project aims to give these young musicians the chance to engage in meaningful cultural exchange, fostering their artistic and personal development. We are in need of your potential support to cover travel, lodging, and meal expenses, as well as other costs associated with participating in the event.
Our team is ready to provide detailed information about the budget, the specific objectives of the project, and the expected results. We are committed to ensuring transparency and effectiveness in the use of the funds provided.
Along with having the unforgettable opportunity to perform at Paris and Roma Conservatorie , our students will also visit iconic sites in Paris and Roma , museums, performances and collaborate with local music schools.
Most of the funding for this trip must be raised by Elsistema Texas and our families. Specifically, we seek to raise $15,000 to cover all expenses for our young musicians.
Your contribution in any amount will be greatly appreciated. Here’s what your funding could support:
$30 meals per young musician per day
$130 bus transportation per day
$100 accommodations per young musician per day
$1800 full cost Tiket per young musician
Thank you for your support!
Together, we can broaden the horizons of our music.
Warm regards,
