Who this will help
The purchase of our building and assistance with the financial coverage of our monthly and annual overhead costs will allow for us to continue helping children in our community who are in foster care and are susceptible of going into foster care.
Why I'm fundraising
Elijah's Closet is currently assisting around 200 children a month and continues to steadily increase. We cannot continue our operations without financial support to cover the cost of our operations with a goal to purchase our building.
The impact of your support
Elijah's Closet is currently assisting around 200 children a month and continues to steadily increase as more organizations reach out to partner with us. We provide free tangible goods to children in foster care and children susceptible of going into foster care. We assist foster families and biological families with a focus on prevention and reunification. We have played a key role in reducing the number of children in the Mississippi foster care system.
