Hi! I've decided to run the Malibu Half-Marathon for endometriosis. 1 in 10 women have it, but it often goes undiagnosed due to a lack of awareness. As a result, girls needlessly suffer years of chronic pain! The donations will be put toward the Endometriosis School Nurse Initiative. Every $35 raised sends an educational toolkit to a school nurse in the U.S. If front-line providers such as school nurses can quickly recognize symptoms and refer girls to appropriate care, it will dramatically improve millions of girls’ lives!
