Etna is for Everyone Yard Signs
Want to join us in making a difference? We're raising money to order Etna is for Everyone yard signs, which will be ordered through the Etna Community Organization.
Recently, various signs and flags have popped up in Etna that signal hate, white supremacy, and Nazism. These flags are frightening to us as Etna residents. Displays of this kind are hostile to our neighbors and signal the message that our town isn't safe for everyone. While these flags are flying in our town, we know the beliefs behind them are not held by most of our neighbors.
This is an opportunity for us as residents to show our neighbors and community who we are. Signs will be created by local Etna business PGH Print Ship, and cost $10 each. Our current goal is to raise $1,000 so we can order 100 signs to give to residents and businesses.
Every "Etna is for everyone!" yard sign will show our community that we stand in solidarity with our neighbors, and that Etna is not a place for hate.
