Donate to Domestic Violence Victims

Dear Friends,

UPDATE:
On October 31, a team of Changing Places volunteers and I delivered products, organized and unpacked 6 apartments, thanks to your support. Think Pink & Green Hauling also generously donated household items from their thrift store.

Currently, 3 women have already moved in and 6 more are coming.

We're still in need of funds and support to help these 11 formerly incarcerated abused women re-start their lives with dignity. These women are criminalized survivors of domestic violence, and Five Keys is offering support as they reintegrate into society after spending decades in prison.

I am asking for your support to help us finance this cause that is very near and dear to my heart... if you can. I myself was a victim of a violent act in my 30s, and I could have been in these same shoes. Now I have a chance to give back in a meaningful way.

Five Keys Year End Appeal
Thank you for your belief in our vision. Because of you, we are now —literally—HOPE on wheels—with the launch of our first mobile school this past June.

The goal of Five Keys Schools and Programs, since 2003, is to open the doors of education for all.

Your donation will expand our learning centers with partners all across California (over 70 locations to date). For students who never really had a first chance at education (from 16-96 years of age) we are determined to bring education to them. Each time a student graduates, our communities become better.
