The Helper Express Inclusive Playground
You can make a difference by donating today to Friends of the Helper Area. We are creating an inclusive playground called the Helper Express so all kids can play together. Currently, the nearest playground that kids who use wheelchairs can access is 60 miles away. The main train piece of equipment is a nod to our train history. Helper City got its name from the helper engines that helped trains over the mountain pass. We are a rural and underserved community that wants all our children to have a place to play together.
