Who We Are
Aya Contigo is powered by Vitala Global, a non-profit co-founded by two dedicated medical professionals with a passion for reproductive justice:
⚕️ Dr. Roopan Gill – An awarded obstetrician-gynecologist with expertise in abortion care and family planning. She has worked with Médecins Sans Frontières, provided technical expertise to the WHO, and was recognized by Forbes as one of seven female founders leading inclusive, impact-driven organizations.
⚕️ Dr. Genevieve Tam – An obstetrician-gynecologist with experience leading maternal health projects for MSF, supporting Syrian refugees and migrant workers. She has worked globally to improve access to reproductive healthcare and is passionate about restoring balance for women and girls, no matter their circumstances.
Together, they founded Vitala Global to create innovative digital solutions for abortion and contraception care in the most challenging contexts. Aya Contigo is a direct result of their vision to provide people with the compassionate, evidence-based support they deserve.
