Help us bring comfort, warmth, and essential support to seniors in North County San Diego! This holiday season, the Gary and Mary West PACE Essential Needs Drive 2024 is underway, and we’re inviting you to be part of it. With thoughtful input from our PACE interdisciplinary team, who closely review the unique needs of seniors requiring extra support, your donations will fund essential items like household items, warm clothing, and personal care products. These funds will also strengthen our Community Care Fund, providing assistance all year long to help seniors facing unexpected challenges.
