We are now at our Gala Season for this year. The event will take place on Friday, July 1st - all donors here will be invited to the event. Our fundraising is to support our Global Tassels Student Leaders educational journey and community projects. This year our goal is $15,000.

The 9th Annual Founder's Gala will be virtual this year. It is scheduled for Sunday, August 6, 2023 at 12Noon -1:30pm Eastern Standard Time US. All donors in this GOFUNDME will be provided with a Zoom Link via direct email from our Gala Committee to attend the event.

All donations are tax-deductible and GT will provide acknowledgment thank you letters to all of our supporters. Funds raised will be towards GT Student Leaders' scholarship, GT's Community Projects and general operations.

KEY INFO FOR ALL DONORS:

Funds raised for this year's Gala go directly to Student Leaders tuition support, housing for University, books, technology, wifi, ground operations, community projects, etc. GT Staff and Board are all volunteers and the organization does not pay for any offices/utilities.

Our mission is to provide college education opportunities for under privilege youth with leadership qualities living in the developing world and to support local community- based organizations with programs related to poverty reduction.

This year #GivingTuesday2021 is focused on raising funds for our GT Student Leaders and Community Partners. Our goal is to raise $7500 from November 30 to December 31, 2021. Funds raised will assist our student’s tuition fees for 2022 academic year and will support the purchase of classrooms for our partner organization in Wangige, Kenya - The Caroline Wambui Mungai Foundation & School. The CWMF mission is to sponsor charitable activities that empower and equip disadvantaged children and youth to reach their destiny through: 1. establishing and running Caroline Homes and Caroline Schools. 2. providing academic grants for qualified and needy students. 3. by inspiring lifelong support, advanced learning and strengthen our communities.
