Keep York Fed
Harvest of Blessings, one of the largest food pantries in York County, serves nearly 9,000 people monthly and also provides household items and kitchen supplies. Additionally, a clothing room is available to offer lightly worn items for shoppers in need.
Currently, the pantry is in need of a new location within 3 to 6 months. The ideal space would include a loading dock, at least 8,000 sq. ft of area, ample parking, and preferably walk-in coolers and freezers.
Jural Toby, Founder & CEO, initiated the food and clothing pantry over 20 years ago, starting from the trunk of her car. As the demand increased, Harvest of Blessings acquired a building on George Street, which was eventually outgrown. The organization moved to its current location a few years ago but now faces a drastic rent increase, necessitating the search for a new home. Any support offered can greatly assist this remarkable organization in continuing to serve the York Community!
