Hegewisch Business Association

The Hegewisch Business Association (aka HBA) is working to purchase the former St. Columba social center and rectory at 13323 S Green Bay Ave, which has not been used for several years. Funds are needed for the acquisition and renovation. The proposed plan is to use the facilities for meetings, gatherings, events, sports and recreation, social activities, farmers markets, educational programs, and more in the Hegewisch and surrounding community.

The Hegewisch Business Association is a non-profit organization in the community. Businesses, organizations, and other entities in the area are invited to join as members. A board, comprised of members who are elected to serve, manages the purposes, goals, activities, and events of the organization.
